![]() I really wish Adobe would pay more attention to user's problems. ![]() Adobe Pagemaker 7.0 was originally released in 2002, and it is showing its age. The answer to anyone wanting to continue running 20 year old software continues to be to buy an old machine Gree. It does feature templates to work from, and that is recommended as a way to learn what you can do with it. Adobe removed that forum because quite frankly it was nothing more than people complaining that PM was dead. When you open a file that uses fonts which arent available on your computer, the missing fonts window will show which of those fonts are included with your Creative Cloud subscription. Perhaps you might want to look at dates of posts before snapping at people. ![]() I haven't found a way to add/ access the console to this day on Windows Home machines. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator have Adobe Fonts (previously named Typekit) fully integrated with the desktop software. This goes without mentioning that Windows Home edition owners can't even apply this fix because Home editions don't have the Print Management console integrated. This would be unpardonable alone, but there's more: it seems "AdobePDF.inf" file from the original Acrobat Pro 2020 installer doesn't work! We had to unpack the files from our old Acrobat Pro 2017 installer and use that *.INF file for the path to have the port work. So you have to access the Windows Print Management console to manually add the correct port via "Ports -> Add Port -> New Port Type" and select the " AdobePDF.inf" file from the driver. Indeed, the actual Acrobat Pro 2020 installer faultily sets the printer port to " COM1" instead of " Documents\*.pdf". Thank you so much for letting me know how to fix this PDF Printer issue in Acrobat Pro 2020! This is extremely important to us because we use the printer for our daily work in CAD software.
